1. Purchaser shall not schedule interviews or other appearances for the Artist without specific permission from Artist.
2. Purchaser shall not broadcast, record, or video tape any portion of Artist's performance or allow any other person to broadcast, record or video tape any portion of Artist's performance without written permission from Artist and Musicians Union.
3. Purchaser shall provide an adequate P.A. system and microphones.
4. Purchaser shall provide stage, platforms, and chairs as per attached diagram or as requested by Artist directly. Purchaser shall provide Ten (10) Black Manhassett-Style Music-Stands, and Fifteen (15) Klip-Light or Humes and Berg Music-Stand Lights.
5. Purchaser shall supply adequate stage lighting.
6. Purchaser shall supply adequate dressing rooms preferably with restroom facilities as close to the stage as possible. If a rehearsal is required, Purchaser shall provide a sit down dinner for the members of the orchestra. Also coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, and necessary utensils and accompaniments should be provided for during the orchestra's intermission(s).
7. Purchaser shall supply a grand or baby grand piano tuned to A-440 pitch.
8. Purchaser shall provide leader one single room on the night of engagemen at, or near, the place of engagement at a first class hotel.
9. Artist may cancel the engagement hereunder by giving the Purchaser written notice thereof, at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the engagement, if the Artist should be called upon to render his services in connection with theatrical motion pictures, television, or a legitimate stage play. Any deposits put forth by the purchaser shall be immediately refunded in the event of such cancellations.
